If they hit a nerve or a blood vessel you can end up with damaging you're entire body or paralyzing you. Ask a chiropractor why they are the only ones licenced to use hammers on you're body and professionally do it to put you back in place so you're not inappropriately getting paralyzed by non licenced people to do that.
