 | My note 9 was water damage as well. Outside was completely dry after 24hrs in uncooked rice + blow dry.. But when I tried charging, it works from 0% - 10% until suddenly it shutdown completely & I was horrified to notice moisture building up inside front & back camera lens. This means there is still water inside the motherboard. I regretted plugging my charger because my impulsive actions would hv caused a short circuit. Didn't want to take anymore DIY chances so I went down to a phone service shop today. They said they will help me do chemical washing which costs me $24.00. But won't guarantee results.
