I used to lay in bed for an hour or so trying to fall asleep and couldnt stay asleep but every night i listen to this and im asleep in 2 mins and sleep through the night. It takes me about six hours to sleep and I often roll around slowly crying or panicking because I can’t sleep because my brain won’t stop racing. This calms me down and allows me to sleep.  | Never doing this again. I’m wide awake. This gave me one of the WORST nightmares I’ve ever had. Not even kidding. I was drowning, and my family was purposely drowning me while dad was drunk driving on his boat, and my mom was starting rumors about me turning my family against me, while my sister laughed as she kept forcing me under the water and my brother was thrown from the boat due to my dad colliding with another boat and I went under to save him as he was jostled all over almost dying as mother ALSO got hit with something in the collision and was drowning.  | I am absolutely, utterly in love with this channel. I started sleeping with headphones on because I have to use a breathing machine at night and the sound was stopping me from sleeping properly. I did a search for binaural beats on YouTube, as I know that’d helped me in the past, and stumbled across this channel. Binaural beats with beautiful melodies, so soothing. I can’t imagine going to sleep without it now. There’s so many to choose from, I have a few favourites like this one and Serene Sakura is my absolute favourite. I try to listen to a new one every night but sometimes I go back to my favourites. I just wanted to thank you for making this resource available, and for all the hard work you have put in when making your sleep tracks. I know it sounds ridiculous, but really has changed my life.  | Why do you say your audio is not suitable for children? I know many parents that have used these frequencies and beats to put their kids to bed or calm them. I am one of those and I personally feel its so much better than traditional kids lullabies. My kid won’t go to sleep to anything else, and he never was into the kids stuff. His dad mixes lots of down tempo snd uses some waves and beats at times. This is the first time I heard anyone advise against it for kids and I’m curious as to why?
